a. “Schedule a Demo”

• Name (first and last)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)

b. Lead-Generation Contact Uploads

When clients upload contact lists, we process:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Any other uploaded fields

Important: Clients are the data controllers and must ensure lawful basis before upload. AI Closer acts only as processor.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Demo requests: To follow up and schedule your demo.
• Lead uploads: To store, manage and run campaigns for clients.

We do not use this data for marketing, profiling or other purposes.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

• Demo data: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Lead uploads: Processor under client agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

5. Data Retention

• Demo data: Retained up to 24 months or until erasure request.
• Lead lists: Retained per client contract; deletable on request.

6. Data Security

We employ TLS encryption, role-based access controls and intrusion detection to protect all data.

7. International Transfers

Any transfers outside the UK/EEA use adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR‐approved mechanisms.
